Ellis and N. i Littlefield as election commisjsioners for the special election in Marion tp., of Tuesday, Dec. 20, to vote a subsdy for Purtelle’s proposed electric road, and for inspector appointed S. R. Nichols, First precinct; Ed Parkison, Second prcdihct; C. J. Dean, Third precinct; R- B. Harris, Fourth precinct. Parties who have money due them from the county or have claims which have been allowed, should call at the auditor’s office and take up their warrants and j have them cashed pripr to Jan. il. Unless they do this they may {have to wait several months for j their money, as all appropriations j lapse at the close of the year and j warrants for allowances during the old year must wait until a special. meeting of the county council is’ called to re-approprate. The regular November term of court ended Saturday, but the j damage .case of Lane vs. St. Louis jR. R. Harp ditch; cause ordered docketed. Almira M. Stoekton and Cordelia M. Williams move to quash summons and process, file affidavit for change of venue from court and file objections to drainage commissioners. * Ella R. Sanford vs. Edward Sanford, et al.; costs ordered paid and distribution ordered. Commissioners allowed $l6O. Charles G. Spitler vs. Oscar Byerly, et al.; receiver reports charges of S3O and credits of 50 cents.
