Rowley, formerly of Rensselaer, head the list of names of the incorporators. Mrs. John Clingan. who with her husband left Rensselaer a couple of weeks ago to spend the winter with her daughter, Mrs. . Brown of Cyclone, Ind., died there Saturday from pneumonia and the remains were taken to Monticello, their former home, for burial.
