Joseph Grube, formerly of \\ heatfield but for some years past residing near Momence, 111., writes The Democrat from Hamilton. Xo. Dak., under date of Nov. 20 and says: “I am at Harvey Davisson's home n-.ir Hamilton. N. Dak. and 1 am very much surprised to see such a fine country here. The farmers here have an abundance of everything. I purchased a weir improved quarter section within two miles of Cavalier, the county seat, through Mr. Davisson, and am well pleased with my purchase. I expect to move onto the farm in the spring. “I find that T, F. Brusnahan. J T. Murray. F. P. Morton. John Shultz. Geo. Besse. Wrii. Baker and Spinny Bros., from Indiana have all purchased farms here and I think they all have made a good deal. I wish to say to my friends that there are great opportunities here for person to get a good home reasSrfable, and a fine location. The crops show that the soil is extra good. “1 have been riding around oyer the country with Mr. Davisson in his automobile without any overshoes or my ears tied up. Weather is fine and roads good.
