Indianapolis, Ind., Nov. 18. — The tentative plans of the victorious Democrats for re-organi-zation of the State Senate include the selection of Senator Evan Stotsenberg of New Albany for president pro tern., and Frank Kistler of Logansport to be floor leader in the absence of Stotsenberg. Other senatorial plans as now outlined contemplate Senator Netterville of Anderson for the chairman of the Finance Committee and Royse, of Terre Haute as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. ‘. - Representative Adam Wise is picked for Speaker of-the house.
