Marriage licenses issued: Nov. 16, Charles Howard Park of Oakland Cali., son of Christopher C. Park, retired merchant, of Teffin, Ohio, aged 26, occupation civil engineer; to Lena Tutuer, daughter of Mrs. Anna Tutuer, widow, of Rensselaer, aged 25, occupation housekeeper.
