ERBSTEIN IS INDICTED AGAIN

Conspiracy Against State’s Attorney Wayman Is the Charge. Attorney Charles E. Erbstein of Chicago, Arthur Mcßride and three others were indicted by the Cook county grand jury on the charge of conspiracy to defame State’s Attorney Wayman and to thwart justice. Erbstein’s ahd Mcßride’s bonds were fixed at SIO,OOO each, being the same amount as specified in the other indictment returned against Erbstein on last Wednesday on the charge that he had bribed Juror Grant McCutcheon to vote for acquittal in the second trial of Lee O’Neil Browne. Mcßride is an employe of the circulation department of Hearst’s Chicago American.
