Leavenworth Prisoners Eligible for Freedom Soon. Bankers Sent from Milwaukee, Elkhart, Terre Fiaute and Indianapolis May Go Free. . Leavenworth. Kan., Oct. 28. —Several hundred convicts, tvelve of whom are former bankers, are: eagerly looking forward to the, meeting of tlie board of parole, which is expected to convene here in November to consider applications for parole under the act of ccmwess approved last June.- b Among these wha aie.-eiigible to receive the'tenefits of the new law are Frank Bigelow of Milwauke; J, L. Broderick, Elkhart, <4nd-,f O. A. Consman. Terre Haure, Ind.; Fred Lubhe, Indianapolis; W. H. Schmidt and S. G. Cleveland, and C, H. Thornton, Chicago. John R. Walsh will not be eligible until October, 1911, but has a petition for pardon pending now- W. W. Montgomery. Pittsburg, Pa , former political adviser of the late Senator Quay, will, not be eligible until September, 19W.
