Columbus, Ind., Oct 28.—A dog owned by David Stepp of Hope became afflietd with rabies and bit three people and a number of dogs before It was killed. Those bitten are Miss Kate Davis, a telephone operator; Margaret' Stepp, 7 years old, and Benjamin Sullivan.”
