Items Picked Up About the County Capitol. The republicans have put up practically complete township tickets this year in all the townships except Jordan, and the democrats in eight'of the thirteen townships, In Gillam, Barkley, Keener, Milroy and Walker the democrats have made no nominations. Alex Gagnon, the Goodland man who was confined in jail here a few months on the charge of deserting his family and was finally released on SIOO cash bond put up by his father, did not appear in the New ton circuit court this w r eek when his case was called and the bond was forfeited.
