Indiana, and" running thence in a southwesterly direction to a point near the north east corner of the south east quarter of section twelve (12) in township thirty one (31) north, range five (5) west in Jasper County. Indiana, and thence south wester! v to a point near the south west corner of said section twelve (12) and thence southerlv- to a point near the north east corner of section twenty-three (23) in township 31 north, range 5 west in Jasper County.
