Mrs. Rebecca Hurley of Barkley tp., who was recently declared insane and application made for her confinement in the asylum at Longcliff M recovered her reason Friday and it is hoped the recovery will be permanent. pQn complaint of the city marshal Janies Willis was arrested' Monday on the charge of auto speeding on the streets . the day previous. On plea of guilty, he was fined $1 and costs, $3.80 in all, which he paid.
