HABEAS CORPUS OF NO AVAIL

Divorce Petition of Anderson Woman Refused by Court. Anderson. Ind., Oct 21. —Despite a habeas corpus writ and strenuous effor's on the part of her counsel, Mrs Anna Brooks was taken into custody by Sheriff Mountain and will be committed to the Eastern Indiana Hospital for the Insane at Richmond. During the respite gained by the writ of .habeas corpus Mrs. Brooks prosecuted a divorce complaint, but the divorce was refused in the superior court.
