Mayor of Cincinnati. Removes Paul M. Millikin from Office. Because of the bad conditions in tho police department of Cincinnati, Ohio, revealed by Safety Director Small’s investigation of graft, Chief of Police Paul M. Millikin was dismissed from office by Mayor Schwab. ' The mayor held that Millikin should have been con versant with conditions and corrected them.
