NEGRO'S VICTIM IS HONORED

Citizens of Cairo Erect- a Monument to Miss Anna Pelley. At Cairo. 111. a monument dedicated to Miss Anna Pelley, who was killed by .the negro, James, was unveiled in a local cemetery in the presence of several thousand citizens. ’ The monument is of granite and weighs six tons. More than 2,000 people subscribed to the fund for its erection.
