Hunt, its attorneys, and files its complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Marguerite Springer, Warren Springer, her husband, are not residents of the State of Indiana, and that the defendant, the Federal Oil and Asphaltum Company is a corporation under the laws of the State of Indiana without an officer or agent or any other person authorized to transact its business who is domiciled and residing in the State of Indiana. That the object, of this action is to foreclose a mortgage and enforce a lien or real estate in Jasper county, Indiana and for the appointment of a receiver of the rents and profits thereof.
