DITCH NOTICE. NOTICE OF FILING AND TIME FOR DOCKETING DITCH PETITION. Notice is hereby given to Charles F. Mansfield and Enoch B. MeCashen, that Frank M. Reed has filed in my office a petition for a tile drain upon the following described route, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the west side of the public highway running North and South through the center of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 West, in Jasper County, Indiana, about twenty (20) rods north of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; running thence in a general Northwesterly direction to the West line of said Section 7, at a point about twenty rods South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 7; thence North to a point about 30 rods North of the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section 7; thence in* a general Northwesterly direction to its outlet in an open ditch known as the Stephen H. Howe Ditch, at a point abotyt 30 rods South and 40 rods East of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 28 North, Range 6 West. You are further notified that said petition is set for docketing November Bth, 1910, the same being the second day of the September Term of the Commissioners’ Court of Jasper County, Indiana.
