SUES FOR BONUS DONATIONS

Danville, Ind., Company to Collect Subscriptions Through Courts. Danville, Ind., Aug. 26. —The Cowie Window company has brought suit against four Danville men to collect subscriptions to the bonus given the company to locate its plant here. In the meantime work on the buildings for the new plant is being pushed and they will be ready for occnpancv within the next two weeks.
