OFF ON EXTENDED TRIP.

Rhoades, the barber, left Sunday for Syracuse. N. Y.. to attend the international meeting of the association of Fire Chiefs, which meets at Syracuse this week. \ From there they will go to Albany and thence down the Hudson to New York. They will then go by ocean steamer to Norfolk. Va., and thence up the Potomac to Washington. They will also visit Baltimore. Philadelphia. Atlantic City and Pittsburg. They will b? gone ten days or two weeks.
