NOTICE TO HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES. In the matter of the estate of Cyrus P. Luse, Deceased. In the Jasper Circuit Court, September Term, 1910. Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees and devisees of Cyrus P. Luse, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, on Monday, the 12th day of September, 1910, being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Walter C. Luse, administrator of said decedent with the will annexed, and show cause if any, why such final account should not be approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also hereby notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of their heirship or claim to any part of said estate.
