Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of Joel Randolph Spriggs, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, on Monday, the twelfth day of September, 1910, being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Joel F. Spriggs, administrator of said decedent, and show cause if any, why such final account should not be approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also hereby notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of thfeir heirship, or claim to any part of said estate.
