In Indiana Churches For Recession of Swollen Streams. Hazelton, Ind., July 17.—tAt all churches located in the bottom lands of the Wabash, White and Patoka Rivers prayers were offered to-day in’ the hope that the great rises which the streams have experienced t'he past week will subside and thus avoid disaster to the wheat and corn crops. “ ; Conditions are similar to those which preceded the 'historic freshet of the summer of 1876.
