Samuel Bowman and Trustee May came over from Remington Monday with County Commissioner Denham, in the latter’s auto.
Leslie Miller, late editor of the Mt. Ayr Pilot, is soon to be married to a Miss er, of Kankakee, 111., it is currently reported. Mrs. U. Hardesty and Mrs. Nannie Abbott of Indiana Harbor, returned home Monday after a few days visit here with their sister, Mrs. Dallas Nichols. Mrs. W. H. Lowrey of Lafayette returned home Monday after having made a short visit here with her husband, a blacksmith at Luther Hemphill’s shop. jp'Miss Murriel Harris went to fDePauw University at Greencastle Monday to attend the commencement exercises.
