Rensselaer Creamery Paid Out $694 to Farmers for Cream Saturday. The Rensselaer cream-buying station paid out $694 to farmers for cream taken in that day, the biggest day in its history. It shipped out Mon lay morning on the milk train three dray loads or 75 ten gallon cans and 2 eight gallon cans to Chicago, a total of 766 gallons of/ cream. The transportation cost on this amount was $19.15.
