NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as Commissioner of the Jasper Circuit Court in Cause No. 7583 of the Jasper Circuit Court wherein Ann Cain is plaintiff and Mark V. Murphy,* et al are defendants for the partition of real estate, which was ordered sold in said cause to which reference is had, will sell at private sale the following real estate to-wit: The west half of the southeast quarter; the north half, of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter and the north half Of the southwest quarter, of section eighteen (18), township twenty-eight ~(28) north, range six (6) west, all in Jasper County, Indiana. Said sale will be made at my office as Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court in the City of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, at private sale on and after the 11th day of June, 1910. All bids will be required to be in writing and said sale will be made on the terms as per said order of Court, to-wit: at private sale for not less than the full appraised value, one-third in nine and one-third in eighteeen months from date of sale; deferred payments to be evidenced by notes with six per cent, annual interest from date, payable in bank, without relief and with attorney fees, secured by a purchase money mortgage.
