TRIAL TO CLEAR DEATH CAUSE

Jeffersonville Man Indicted Following Fatal Fall In Fight. Jeffersonville, Ind., April 22. —Joseph Lutz has been indicted in the circuit court under five counts on the charge of manslaughter in connection with the recent death of James Morrison. Lutz anfi Morrison engaged In a fight, immediately after which Morrison fell, striking the curbing and breaking his neck. The fight ! was started over an account which jMorrison alleged was owed him by Lutz. Lutz, after being arraigned, gave bond in the sum of $1,500.
