Eger, deceased, and all persons interested v in said estate, to appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, on Saturday, the 7th day of May, 1910, being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Mafry D Eger, administratrix of said decedent, and show cause if any, why such final account should not he approved; and the heirs of said decedent and all others interested, are also hereby notified to appear in said Court, on said day and make proof of their heirship, or claim to any part of said estate.
