Fines Former Councilman and Aads - Heavy Jail Sentence. t Madison, Ind:, April 15 —After a trial in the city court Mayor Harper ordered the destruction of four barrels of whisky, confiscated at former Coun oilman Noon’s place, fined Noon SIOG and sentenced him to thirty days ir. jail for violation of liquor laws. Noon has apealed the case to the circuit court.
