Also a lateral No. 1 commencing on the easterly side of the public highway near the center of section 13, township 28 north, range 7 west in Jasper County, Indiana, and thence following the line oi the Deming public ditch, Cause No. 3 of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a westerly direction and from thence northwest across sectiop 14 in said township and range to the main line of ditch. That said petition is set for docketing on Monday, May 2, 1910, and that your lands are described as being affected by the proposed improvement which is asked to be open ditch work.
