Notice is therefore hereby given said efendants, that unless they be and appear on the 7th day of May, 1910, the same being the 24th day of the next Term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the 2nd Monday of April, A. D. 1910, at the Court House in Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
