Quellon, Chile, Feb. 18.—The Chilean tugboat Pisagua, arriving here, reports that the Chilean cruiser Ministre Zen teno has rescued the eighty-eight persons who had been left on the wreck of the British Bteamer Lima in the Huamblin passage, Strait of Magellan.
