Men Who Convicted Bootlegger Obtain Governor’s Clemency. Marion, Ind., Feb. 18. —William Fisher, convicted last April on the charge of bootlegging whisky and fined 1500 and given a jail sentence of six months, has been released from the county jail on the pardon of Governor Marshall.
