Judge Fuller Reaches 77th Stone in Life’s Journey Today. Washington, Feb. 11— Chief Justice Fuller of the supreme court of the United States will celebrate his 77th birthday today, He was born at Augusta. Me., on Feb. 11, 1833. , On Oct. 8 next Chief Justice Fuller will have served on the supreme bench for twenty-two years. He was eligible for retirement seven years ago hut has declined to give up active work.
