Mrs. Catt, Sufiragette Party Leader, Opens New York Office. New York, Feb. 15.—The headquarters of the Woman Suffrage party of New York city in the tower of the Metropolitan Life building, have been opened formally. Mrs. Catt and Mrs. James Lee Laidlaw will have a class in the theory of woman suffrage every Monday night, to which all persons of either sex who wish to learn something about the doctrines of the cause are cordially invited to attend.
