Georgia Railroads Must File Account from Scene of Accident. Atlanta. Ga., Jan. 28.—Beginning Feb. 1 all railroads operating in Georgia, both steam and electric, must file with the railroad commission telegraphic reports of all accidents. The notification must be sent from the scene of the wreck, according to an order adopted by the commission.
