FouM DeaiT on Retun of Couple Who tirsd h Some fame. Washington, Ind., Dec. 28.—Rev. William Ritter and his aged wife were found murdered la their home near Elnora and the entire county Is aroused. The wife was found lying full length upon the floor ot a sitting room, with her hair disheveled. There are no marks to indicate how she came to her death, but many believe aha was strangled. The body of the minister was found fn the cellar at the foot of the stairway. He waa lying in a heap as if he bad been thrown downstairs. The couple were seen alive last Friday when Milford Ketcham and his Wife, who made their home with the Ritters’ left to go to Burns City to spend Christmas with Mrs, Ketcham’s parents. It was when the returned that tbe double murder was discovered.
