Hearing In Big Four Shortage Case Delayed by arr Accident. Cincinnati, Dec. 28.—When the case of Mrs. Jeanette Stewart Ford, charged with attempting to blackmail G. L. Warrlner, defaulting treasurer of the Big Four railroad, waa called the woman was not in court. Her attorney explained that she had fallen on ice and so injured herself that she could not be present.
