Case Falla on Ground Application For Lease Was Not Made. Chicago, Dec. 28.—Judge Himes has dismissed the case against Robert EL Schenek, agent of a flat building. Rolla M. Longenecker had charged Schenek with violating the ordinance which prohibits the barring of families from homes because of children. Judge Himes held that Longenecker never made application for a lease.
