Naval Lem e Bronre Plate to Nations "that Sent Relief. Rome, Dec. 28. —Today is the first anniversary of the great by which the city of Messina was practically wiped off the map. The Naval league presented a richly engraved bronze plate to the consuls of the United States, Russia, England, Spain, Germany and France as a expression of appreciation for the relief granted by the fleets of those nations at the time of the disaster.
