BOTH CLAIM JURISDICTION

Two Coroners Want Charge In Case of Boys Found Burned. Cincinnati, Dec. 28. —Whether Brown or Hamilton county will investigate the death of Lemuel and Russell Sunnycalf, six and three respectively, is a question in Loveland, O. The boyß were found dead after their home had been burned. Their skulls had been crushed. Their mother was arrested. The house in which the Sunnycalfs lived was on the line between the counties. The bed in which the boys were found was on the same line. Coroner Coe of Hamilton says the house entrance is in his county and that he should have Jurisdiction. -Coroner Mitchell of Brown says the heads and the major parts of the bodies were in his county.
