Engineers and Railroad Sign Agree* ment to Hold For One Year. New York. Dec. 21.—The Lehigh Valley railroad and its engineers have reached an agreement cowering wages and conditions of work for one year beginning Jan. 1,1910, The contract grants the men a work'itag day of ten hours. The working day has been twelve hours.
