John Kipp, 103, Says Use Tobacco and Intoxicants Sparingly. Washington, N. J., Dec. 7.—Plenty of peppermint candy is the recipe for longevity given by John Kipp, who Is one hundred and three years old. Kipp, who is still active in bedy and mind, attributes his excellent health to the fact that he has used tobacco and intoxicants sparingly and has eaten little meat, but has consumed peppermint candy at every meal from his early childhood.
