Vote Machine Recount Denied.

Indianapolis, Nov. 30.—There is no existing lay authorizing a court to order a recount of votes as registered by voting machines, according to a decision in the suit of Robert L. Madden, an unsuccessful Democratic candidate for the council, who asked a recount.
