Jurist With Smallpox Flees From Homo to Keep Family Comfortable. Texarkana, Ark,. Nov. 16.-—Judge L. A. Byrne, who disappeared Friday last, has been located in the woods, where he is living in a tent with two men who have had the smallpox and who are treating him for the disease. | Judge Byrne sent word to the, authorities tlgit he assumed all re-1 sponsibillty for taking to the woods and quarantining himself.
