Jockey Club President Pays $3,600 to Have Suit Dismissed. New York, Oct. 26. —Supreme Court Justice Bischoff has signed an order discontinuing the suit brought by John H. Frelt, a stableboy, against August Belmont. Belmont paid $3,600 to settle the case. It was alleged Belmont blacklisted Freit.
