Explorer Will Remain In the City Only Four Hours. Chicago, Oct. 8. —Dr. Frederick A. Cook, the discoverer of the north pole, Will remain in Chicago only four hours when he comes here this evening. Dr. Cook telegraphed that he will be unable to attend the banquet that had been planned by the Hamilton club, owing to an unexpected cnange In his plans, but he will deliver a lecture at the Coliseum tonight. ,
