FIRST BLIZZARD OF SEASON

Lake Superior Is Running High and Shipping Is Delayed. Duluth, Minn., Oct. 12. —A sixty-mile northeaster, accompanied by snow, Sleet and hail, swept over Duluth and vicinity. This region therefore is wrapped in the first blizzard of the season. Much damage of a minor nature has been done at the head of the lakes. Lake Superior is running high. Shipping has been delayed.
