Kentuckian Fined and Will Not Be Permitted to Run Drug Store. Danville, Ky., Oct. s.—Colonel E. W. Lillard, representative of Boyle county in the Kenttucky legislature, was fined 13,300 on forty-five warrants charging him with the illegal sale of liquor. Colonel Lillard, who has been proprietor of a drug store in Danville for many years, was allowed to pay >3OO as full satisfaction of judgment under the condition that his store be closed permanently. "Bunk” Raum, a negro, was fined and paid >1.200 for a similar offense, his fines during the last nine months aggregating >1,8.00.
