Drastic Action by New Umpire to Enforce Discipline on Diamond. New York, Oct. s.—Umpire Mullen, new in the National league, ordered three of Philadelphia’s players to leave the diamond during a game with the Giants. The men were slow about obeying and the game was forfeited to New York. This means a SI,OOO fine for Philadelphia.
