Persia's Representative In New York Declares Clash Is Inevitable. New York, Oct. I.—“ War between England and Germany is inevitable, and the sooner it comes the better for England, because if postponed long Germany will develop such strength that it will be impossible to defeat her.” This was the message given by H.
