UNIONS OBJECT TO MILITIA

Refute to March In Evansville Parade With Soldier Boys. Evansville. Ind., Sept. 24.—Because of the objections raised by the labor unions the two companies of the Indi ana National Guard from this city and Mount Vernon will not march in the German day parade here on Sept. 29 Delegations from the Brewery Work ers and Beer Bottlers’ union called on the German day committee and said that the state militia is organized to fight union labor and for that reason union men would not march behind the eoldiers. The committee bowed, to the will of the unions.
